30, of Pittsburgh; assigned to the 467th Engineer Battalion, U.S. Army Reserve, Greenwood, Miss.; killed June 28 when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated near his dismounted position at the gate of his forward operating base in Dujayl, Iraq.
