Army Cpl. Dale E. Fracker Jr.
23, of Apple Valley, Calif.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division (Light), Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; killed Nov. 24 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his unit in Deh Rawod, Afghanistan. Also killed was Army Cpl. Jacob R. Fleischer.
