20, of Huntington Park, Calif.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, Baumholder, Germany; died Sept. 30 in Al Asad, Iraq, of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations in Hit, Iraq.
