Army Pfc. Edwin A. Andino II
23, of Culpeper, Va.; assigned to 1st Battalion, 26th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Wurzburg, Germany; died Sept. 3 of injuries suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations in Baghdad. Also killed was Sgt. Jason L. Merrill.
