Hi guys! Even though Im only 400 miles from home, Im feeling dislocated. I miss all of you and the usual routine. I miss my furry companions, too. I keep thinking I see cats out of the corner of my eye. But when I turn my head, of course they arent there.

Hello Honeybun,
First, I want to tell you how much I love you. I really miss you and Antondre very much. I never realized how good we have it in the United States. We take so much for granted hot meals, showers, running water.

He and his girlfriend, Sharon Grinde, have been together for five years. He has one child from a previous marriage, 12-year-old Jacob.
Dear Sharon,
Hello, honey. Things here are going good. I cant believe we have been apart for over four months. It seems like much longer. I am looking forward to my return and from what I hear, it may be coming upon us in the next two months. I am excited to come home again and make up for the time we have missed since I have been deployed. Your support while I have been here has been amazing, and because of you I have been able to get through this tough time for us. The phone calls we share and the e-mail we have sent each other made this deployment a little easier. I love and miss you very much. I am so excited for the day I get to see you again, it will be such a joyous day and a memory I will never forget.
